AHEAD OF TIME

My Reading, Reflection and Prayer
March 23, 2011

"Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem;
and the Son of man will be delivered
to the chief priests and scribes,
and they will condemn him to death,
and deliver him to the Gentiles
to be mocked and scourged and crucified,
and he will be raised on the third day."
Matthew 20:18-19

Before it happened, Jesus already foretold His disciples of the series of events that will transpire. Though it may still be a prophecy at that time, the manner in which He spoke is absolute and certain of what is to take place.

The Lord already knows what lies ahead of us. Nothing can caught Him by surprise for He sees our future. A future that God alone had made which He can change anytime depending on how we look upon Him and how we conduct our lives in accordance to His will and purpose.

Heavenly Father, you alone can shape my destiny in life through your son, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In Him, I live my faith and trust in you, knowing and believing that nothing is impossible if you so will. Thank you so much for your continuing graces and blessings that is now being poured over my lap in order for me to build the necessary financial resources for the attainment of all my dreams and aspirations. All these things belong to you my God who is truly faithful in all His promises. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

GOD SPEAKS

March 24, 2011:
  • "I the LORD search the mind and try the heart, to give to every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings" (Jeremiah 17:10).
  • "Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit." (Jeremiah 17:7-8)

March 26, 2011:
  • "At the beginning I foretell the outcome; in advance, things not yet done. I say that my plan shall stand, I accomplish my every purpose" (Isaiah 46:10).
